An all-party (Ramsay McDonald, Lloyd George, Baldwin) disarmament demonstration outside the Albert Hall, London, with three 'modern citizens' commenting 'Just nonsense. It isn't natural. We've always made wars and we always shall'. A parallel is made with man's prehistoric ancestor wanting to walk on all fours, while his companions comment '...We've always walked on all fours and we always shall.'
