Mussolini cracking a whip and shooting into the air, in front of a troupe of goose-stepping screaming babies, watched by the leader of Yugoslavia on the left and Hitler on the right. To one side is a text reading 'European peace pacts are now held up by squabbles between A. Italy & Germany as to whether dark people are more stupid than fair - and B. Italy and Yugo-Slavia, as to whether the Serbian troops can run faster than the Italian. Mussolini has warned Youth to prepare to defend its honour.'
