Street scene, probably in Morocco, with an Arabian man seated cross-legged on a footpath, wearing a turban, short jacket and breeches. A woman is walking past, possibly European, with European style footwear and dress hem visible beneath an all-covering hooded cloak. Two further men are in the background, chatting, with trees sketched in beyond them.
