Bock, William R, 1847-1932 :Address to the Countess of Ranfurly from the Citizens of Wellington. October 31st, 1903 [Title page] / W R Bock delt. 1903.

An arrangement of ornate text inside a decorative border, with the Wellington coat of arms at the top. The coat of arms contains the motto "Suprema a situ", and a lion and moa on either side of a shield. The decorative border has insets of an English rose, a Scottish thistle, and Irish shamrock, and a New Zealand pohutukawa, one at the midpoint of each of the four sides.
