The cartoon shows a game of "pin-the-tail-on-the-Donkey" with Jim Bolger as the donkey and New Zealand First, Labour and Alliance offering a choice of three tails. The role is reversed with the object being to pin the donkey to a tail. Refers to Jim Bolger and the first coalition government.
