The cartoon shows the inside of a car factory where robots are assembling a car. In the background through the factory window protestors can be seen marching for higher wages. The cartoon seems to refer to the automation of car companies, with the use of robots rather than human employees. Robots simply do their jobs rather than demand higher wages.
