Historical Notes: Utauta Webber (nee Parata) was the last surviving child of Wi Parata Te Kakakura Waipunaahau to live on Kapiti Island. Her father was one of the largest land owners on Kapiti. Utauta and her husband Hona farmed Waiorua-Kapiti until the late 1940s or early 50s when they retired to Paraparaumu.
