Waite, Keith, 1927- :The French Chef. The Daily Mirror, 29 July 1973.

The cartoon shows the French President as a chef, with a number of dishes exploding from the pan he is using. On the wall is a list of specials, all called "bombe surprise". Refers to French nuclear testing in the Pacific and the lack of warning about the tests.
