Shows a photograph of the twin screw "Navua", 2930 tones, and a quote from Kipling "She's carrying tired people to the Islands of the Blest". There is also a note that the steamers "Manapouri", "Hauroto", "Taviuni" and the new twin-screw "Tofua", "Atua" and "Navua" make regular monthl;y trips from Auckland and Sydney, to the Friendly Islands, Samoa, Fiji and the Cook Group. "Those leafy isles upon the ocean thrown / Like studes of emerald o'er a silver zone".
