Historical Notes: Steamship of 1141 tons, built at Paisley, Renfrewshire by Fleming & Ferguson. Registered in 1892 at the Port of Dunedin. Sold to Chinese buyers in 1921. See "Index to the New Zealand section of the 'Register of all British ships', 1840-1950" compiled by MN Watts.
