Friend, McLean,

Your letter has come to me, and I am aware of what you say in relation to our good arrangement. The intention to pay the people living by the lake and for the place to be reserved at Mangati will not be altered. That is fine.

The agreement arising out of that short discussion, we can look at carefully when you come. That's all.

From your friend,
from Honi Ropiha
