Hearing accidentally that you were going south and would probably he away two or three weeks - I write to say that I have prepared "ad interim" draft report and made sufficiently copious notes for my guidance - so that by Thursday or Friday next I shall be ready to go to Wanganui and West Coast - I should like before you leave to get instructions etc: and some necessary arrangements made.
