Information required in the following matter.

1/4 acre No. 245. Town of Napier.

Mr. Alexander Smith occupies the adjoining Section.

What is the best course to be adopted with the Section? What is it worth at the present moment? Would it be possible to lease it? If so on what terms and for what period. The title is first class - Crown Grant to W. Bracey - now in possession of his Widow sole representative of Grantee now deceased. This is written at the request and by the desire of Mrs. Bracey.
