Sir,

A very heavy sea setting in the Bay. St. Kilda cannot do anything at Wairoa. Might I suggest to your Honor to direct the St. Kilda to come inside as soon as practicable she is dipping very heavy - nearly taking seas over bows - will be most likely much worse.
