My dear Mr. MacLean

I am much gratified and encouraged by the kind reception you have given to our Draft Bill relating to the Native Land Cot. By this Mail you will receive the Draft relating to the Native Reserves. I hope it may be found suited for its purpose, and that you will see no objection to its being printed in like manner together with the explanatory notes.
