Decr. 16, 1873

My dear Green

I have recommended you to be appointed Immigration Officer and to get an increase of £50 for that. I think that Mr.Vogel will comply - You had better speak to Mr. McLean about the allowance for the Sub Treasurership it can only be for this 1/2 year as the Native land Act comes into force on the 1st January.

Yours very truly Sigd.
Daniel Pollen
