Letter from W. Halse, to Donald McLean. dated 1850. COPY.
My dear McLean,

The accompanying Memorandum gives, I think, all now necessary for the Grant, which I trust to you to hurry as much as possible.

Is there in Auckland a map of the Hua Block, - that is, one sufficiently descriptive for annexation to the Grant? If not, Mr. Harris should lose no time in preparing one to be forwarded after the present papers, by an early post, to Auckland.

Yours sincerely (Signed)
W. Halse.
