Sir,

I am instructed by His Excellency the Governor to request that you will furnish a Return in duplicate, setting forth the names of the Officers, Privates, and other persons attached to your Department; with the Salary of Pay of each individual, together with the number of Arms, etc., belonging to the Force, and the general expenses connected therewith.
