Meeting at Colonial Secretary's Office, respecting the sale of land.

Te Matapihi Te Rangi, -

"I want to sell my land at Puketapu, to break up the boundaries on the sea side of the land sold by Paora; and give it to you, because the people in the land have not behaved well to me."

Te Ngahau, -

"I also wish to dispose of my

land, and give it up to you. The reserves are what I wish to sell."

Ngapuki

demanding payment, or that he would take his land in the Puketapu block.

Mokau Claimants.

Hetaraka Timuakerangi, -

"Respecting Mokau claims, the second payment should be made to us, to the Ngatirarua."

Te Kana, -

agrees to sell his claims at

Mokau; and is satisfied with Te Kerei's arrangements. Wishes to have his money paid here.

Te Renata Ngaroto, -

"If they, the Ngati-Maniapoto Peketahia part with or sell Mokau, I am agreeable, provided I get a portion of the Second instalment,"

Ko Hakopa Kerewha, -

offers land at Mangere.
